Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be charged a small return shipping fee of CAD 10$ (this fee can vary based on your location), this will be deducted from your refund. A shipping label will be sent to you following a short returns approval period. Some returns will not be approved based on shipping country or as of yet unknown reasons. Essenza will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Essenza Returns Office.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, you can contact us at essenzacouture@gmail.com.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Essenza doesn't accept any exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
